No one should really see the Headmaster's choice method of punishment, so we're back in the library, a great chance to actually, kind of, get to know Gavin.  Yep ... he kind of comes off as completely mad, and Alexis is none to happy about getting short, meaningless answers, in between bouts of poetry. Truth is, he's using it like mnemonic, counting books as recites. At least, that is my personal choice of explanation-he'll never out and out say. Gavin likes a good mix of Dickinson, Poe, and Rossetti. Shock, right? And then he says things that make even less sense (unless you have a timey-wimey mindset).

Oh my gosh, can I tell you how difficult it is to shade his skin color? I'm still not 100% happy with it. And there's some wonky perspective again despite references, mostly involving details. Sorry panel 3 isn't very clear with the ladder, it wound up behind his body given how he is leaning. Lex totally ISN'T touching him. Yet ... *snickers*
